设计简介
摘 要
盘丝车床用于加工三爪自定心卡盘的零件-盘丝,包括车平面螺纹、端面和镗孔等。该机床采用床身长度方向与主轴轴心线垂直的布局,有两个刀架。本文设计主要设计的切入进给机构机构,该进给机构主要用于上面。切入进给机构机构设计中需满足,可带动上拖板作切入运动,切入运动结束时丝杠须停转,当到达切入行程终点时,上拖板应退回原位。
本文主要完成确定了切入进给机构总体设计方案, 进给机构由液压系统控制,带动活塞运动,通过齿条,带动齿轮,使丝杠转动,通过丝杠螺母副,把旋转运动转为直线运动,实现进给。对主要的零件设计进行设计计算,如齿轮齿条机构、滚珠丝杠机构、棘轮棘爪、摇杆、箱体等零部件的设计。

Abstract
Threading lathe used for processing of three claw chuck parts - plate wire, including car plane thread, facing and boring. The machine adopts the bed length direction and the axis of spindle vertical layout, with two knife.In this paper the design of the main design entry feeding mechanism, the feeding mechanism is mainly used for the turret top. Design of cutting feed mechanism design needs to meet, can drive the upper carriage for cutting motion, starting at the end of the screw motion must stop, when arriving at the entry end of stroke, upper carriage should return in situ.
This paper mainly completes the identified entry feed mechanism design, feeding mechanism is controlled by a hydraulic system, drive the piston, through the rack drives the gear, screw rod to rotate, so that, through the leading screw nut pair, the rotary motion into linear motion, realized the feed. On the main parts design calculation, such as gear and rack mechanism, the ball screw mechanism, a ratchet pawl, rocker, box and other parts of the design.
