摘    要
变速箱是由装在变速箱壳体内各轴上不同齿数的齿轮和操纵机构组成的。根据需要将不同轴上不同齿数的齿轮啮合在一起,进行变速和改变从动齿轮的转动方向,达到改变扭矩,转速和行驶方向的目的。变速箱可改变传动比,实现倒档和实现空挡。在变速箱中,齿轮,轴和轴承起着重要的作用。在设计的过程中要对齿轮进行强度校核;对轴进行强度和刚度校核;对轴承进行寿命和极限转速校核。变速箱的操纵机构设计包括换挡机构设计和锁定机构设计两部分。锁定机构设计包括自锁机构设计,互锁机构设计和联锁机构设计。

    DESING of a CERTAIN TYPE of TRACTOR GEARBOX
     Gearbox is mounted on the shaft inside the gearbox housing of the gear teeth of different institutions and manipulation. According to the different needs of different axis of the gear teeth mesh together, the driven gear change speed and direction of rotation to change the torque, speed and direction for the purpose of traveling. Gearbox Can change the transmission ratio to achieve the realization of reverse and neutral. In the gearbox, the gear, shaft and bearings play an important role. In the process of designing the gear to check for strength; on the shaft to check the strength and stiffness; on the life of the bearings and check the limits of speed. Transmission shift control mechanism design, including design and the design of locking mechanism in two parts. The design of locking mechanism, including self-locking design, interlocking design and the design of interlocking institutions
