设计简介
摘 要
拖拉机后桥的设计,后桥也可称为驱动桥,在本设计中主要包括中央传动设计、差速器设计、动力输出半轴设计及最终传动设计,而设计的重点在中央传动和差速器的设计上。中央传动主要设计主要是在一定传动比的条件下一对啮合的弧齿锥齿轮的设计;差速器在后桥设计中很重要,包括了一个行星齿轮和一对差速器半轴齿轮的设计。谈到拖拉机,其在我国农业生产中可大幅提高生产效率,是壮大我国农业产业的重要机械设备,所以从这个意义上讲我的这个拖拉机后桥的设计有着重大意义,这个方面的研究与应用应该得到大家科研工作者的足够重视。本设计的关键点是解决当动力从发动机输出后经过减速器、变速箱后,到最终将动力传给驱动轮的这个中间环节的效率问题,也就是设计出可以将动力最大限度而且准确的传递的后桥,解决效率问题是拖拉机整机设计的关键也是本设计制作出发点。

The design of tractor′s rear axle
Abstract: The rear axle aslo can be called driving axle.My design exactly includes four parts,thay are the design of Main Drive、the design of rear axle differential、the design of half shaft and the design of final drive.The key is at the design of Main Drive and rear axle differential.The design of Main Drive is just to design a couple of gleason spiral bevel gear which is used to transport power at the condition of a firm drive ratio,and the the design of rear axle differential is very important which contains a planet gear and a couple of half axle gear which belongs to different.On talking of tractor,it can raise our country′s agricultural productivity sharply.So,the design of tractor′s rear axle have an large influnce in a way.And it must be get enough attention from our country′s scientist. starting point of my design to solve the problem of how we can improve efficiency after the power has been tranport from reducer and gear-box to the driving-wheel.It also can be said how we can tranport the power maximall.To solve the problem of improving efficiency is the key of designing a whole tracor and the key of my design.
