摘要
 本次设计,通过运用Pro/E软件建立零件的三维实体模型,并完成了工程图的生成和尺寸的标注。使用Pro/E软件能够迅速的将模型创建出来,同时还能够形象的看到每一个特征是通过何种方式创建出来。工艺规程的制定是一个重要的部分,根据零件的加工要求和实际的需要,制定的工艺规程也合理,能够运用到实际生活中去,并能够提高生产效率,带来经济效益。根据零件加工工序9设计出来的专用夹具,符合设计的要求,而且能够带来装卸的方便性,保证零件的加工精度,满足零件加工的需要。

 Summary
A design, pass three entity models of make use of the Pro/ E software establishment spare partses, and completed the engineering diagram born to mark with size.Use the software of Pro/ E can quickly of establish out model, at the same time can still the image see each characteristic is to pass what way establish out.The establishment of the craft rules distance is an important part, processing the request and actual demands according to the spare parts, the craft rules distance of the establishment is also reasonable, can make use of to go to in the real life, and can raise the rate of production, bringing the economic performance.According to the appropriation tongs that the spare parts processes the work preface 9 designs to come out, meet the request of design, and can bring to pack the convenience for unload, guaranteeing that the spare parts processes the accuracy, satisfying the demand that spare parts process.
