设计简介
简要阐述了变速箱体加工工艺的设计原理,通过对工艺制定过程中的工序、工步和加工余量的准确定义,设计出加工变速箱体的加工工艺,并对其进行剖析、修改,从而得到准确的加工工艺。通过工艺的设计,对夹具设计提供良好的方案。在设计夹具时,通过对比,找出合理的定位方案,并设计出夹紧的方式。在设计好夹具后,还要对设计出的夹具进行夹紧力的校核,看设计出的夹具是否满足加工过程中对夹紧力的需求。从而设计出满足加工要求的夹具。

Abstract
This paper briefly describes the design principle of the process of gear case.Through the development of an accurate definition of the process steps in the process, step and allowance, it designs the machining technology of gear case, and it carries on the analysis, modify to get the accurate processing. By the process of design, the fixture design provides a good solution.When design the fixture,it finds a reasonable solution to locate and design a clamping manner by comparison. After a good fixture in the design, but also to design of fixture clamping force of checking to see whether the process of fixture design meet the requirements of clamping force. Thus it designs the fixture satisfying the processing requirements.
