摘 要
分析了TL5弹性套柱销联轴器加工工艺过程,提出在制定工件加工工艺时,要全面考虑影响加工工艺的因素,确定工艺方案时,首先是要保证加工品质,其次则应兼顾经济性。缩短辅助加工时间,降低劳动强度,提高劳动生产率以降低生产成本是机械加工中面临的主要问题,而生产中夹具的设计是实现这一目标的关键。文章介绍了联轴器孔加工工序的专用夹具的设计,该夹具的投入使用大大缩短了产品的加工时间,降低了劳动强度,提高了设备效率。

Abstract
Analysis of the elastic sleeve coupling with TL5 processing procedure, the processing technology in the development of the workpiece, we must take full account of the factors that affect the processing technology to determine the process plan, the first is to ensure processing quality, followed by the economy should be balanced. Shorten assisted machining time, reduce labor intensity and improve productivity to reduce cost of production is machining the main problems facing, and the production of fixture design is crucial to achieve this goal. This paper introduces the special coupling hole machining fixture design process, the fixture in use greatly shortened product processing time and reduce labor intensity and improve the equipment efficiency.
