摘要
本文主要讲述浮动轴承零件的数控车削加工工艺及其数控编程,开篇首先介绍了数控车床在车削加工中的应用,紧接着对浮动轴承零件图进行分析,再确定其毛坯类型和尺寸、所选用的机床、选择夹具、刀具、量具;在做好这些前期准备后,制定出零件合理的加工工艺路线,确定其切削参数;完成加工工艺过程卡和加工工序卡的填写,然后编制出零件的数控加工程序。关键词:浮动轴承 工艺分析 工艺方案 工艺路线 数控编程
Abstract
This paper focuses on the NC machining process and programming of floating bearing parts, firstly, introduces the application of NC lathe in turning process, followed by the floating bearing parts diagram analysis, and then determine the blank type and size, the use of machine tool, fixture, cutting tools and measuring tools selection; do a good job in the preparation of these after the work out process parts reasonably, determine the cutting parameters; finish machining process card and process card fill in, and then developed the NC program of machining parts.
