摘要
全文正题以绪论开头.简要介绍了模具制造业在国民经济发展中的 重要性和我国模具的蓬勃发展.并具体介绍了模具制造业的分类; 冲压模具、热锻模具、塑料模具、铸造模具、橡胶模具和玻璃模具等,并重点介绍了冲压模具在我国国民经济发展中的重要地位.
本课题就是在上述的基础上进行的.在分析零件加工工艺性基础上.具体对零件进行了设计,包括;主要设计的计算如排样方式的确定,毛坯的确定.冲裁力的和模具工作部分的刃口尺寸的计算.模具的总体设计如;模具类型的选择,压力中心的确定及计算. 定位方式的选择.导向方式的选择和模具主要零部件的加工.及模具的总装配.从设计中更多的是了解了一般冲压模具的设计步骤及查找资料的重要性.也算是一次理论和实践的有力结合,
由于自己能力和水平有限.设计中难免会出现很多的不足和错误.竟请老师指点我将努力给予改正,
