摘 要:本文根据国内级进模研究现状,针对级进模关键技术问题,对级进模开展了研究,选择弹弹簧片类级进模作为研究对象,以结合研制一套模具实例进行验证。
弹簧片属于典型的冲裁件,本文在分析其工艺性的基础上,根据生产要求,确定采用级进模结构。本设计主要是落料凸、凹模及冲孔凸、凹模的设计,需要计算凸凹模的间隙、工作零件的尺寸和公差。此外,还需要确定模具工艺零件和结构零件以及模具的总体尺寸,然后根据上面的设计绘出模具的总装图。
文中介绍了弹簧片冲孔、弯曲、切断级进模的排样设计及模具工作过程,通过对零件的工艺分析,提出了可行的成形方法及模具结构。
最后根据设计的计算步骤得到各零件二维图纸以及整体的装配图,在各图纸上详细标注加工的技术要求。

Abstract: This paper studies the status quo into the mold according to the domestic level, progressive die for key technical problems, progressive die conducted research, select Bouncing reed class progressive die as a research object, combined with the development of a validated instance mold.

You also need to determine the overall size of the mold parts and processes as well as structural parts of the mold, and the mold assembly diagrams drawn in accordance with the above design.
This paper introduces the spring plate punching, bending, cutting layout design and progressive die die working process, through the parts of the process analysis, a feasible method of forming and mold structure.
Finally, two-dimensional drawings of the parts and get the whole assembly drawings based on the calculation of the design process, drawing on various technical requirements detailed annotation processing.
