设计简介
摘 要
本课题针对挤切修边模具的要求,分别对模具的工作零部件等六大类零部件作详细设计。设计的主要内容包括冲裁件的工艺分析及工艺方案的确定、工艺计算、冲裁模具的设计、模具的安装与调整等。
在工艺计算部分要对毛坯尺寸计算、拉深力及切边力的计算、凸凹模尺寸并确定制造公差的计算、弹性元件的选取与计算等内容详细计算。必要时还要对模具的主要零件进行强度验算。
在挤切修边模的设计部分要对工作零件、定位零件、卸料与顶件零件、导向零件连接与固定零件等结构进行详细的分析设计。要在设计过程中了解模具的工作过程和注意标准的选用,对复合冲裁模的结构有进一步的了解。
模具的安装与调试部分要注意导柱模具与无导柱模具的安装方法及顺序,通过模具的安装,了解模具的组成及各部分零部件的作用等。注意模具安装过后的试冲过程中常见的缺陷与解决方法等。
通过这次毕业设计要对复合模具有更近一步的了解,注意它与级进模之间的区别,二者虽然都是一副模具,但复合模的是挤切与修边同时进行,而级进模是在挤切后再修边的。在设计时要注意模具结构简单、模具使用方便、模具寿命高等问题。并且要提高生产效率,保证产品的质量。

Abstract
Subject this to crowd , cut , build requirement of mould, job spare part ,etc. six spare part in mould make in detail designing separately. Main content that design include blanking craft analysis and craft determination , craft calculate , blanking design , installation and adjustment of mould of mould ,etc. of scheme of piece.
Calculate to the blank size in the calculated part of the craft , draw deep strength and calculation , protruding concave mould size to cut edge strength and confirm calculation , to choose and calculate content calculate in detail elastic component to make public errand. Carry on the checking computations of intensity to the major part of the mould if necessary.
Crowding and cutting repairing the design of the mould wants the job part correctly partly, orient the part , unload the material and carry a part , lead the part to connect and fix structure such as the part and carry on detailed analysis to design. Understand the working course of the mould and pay attention to the exertion of the standard in the course of designing, there is further understanding to the structure of the blanking mould of compounding.
Installation and debugging of the mould should pay attention to leading the column mould with leading installation method and order of the column mould partly, through the installation of the mould , understand composition of the mould and function of every part of spare parts ,etc.. Notice mould trying , breaking through Cheng common defect and solution wait after the installation.
Have understanding of nearly one step to the compound mould through this graduation project, notice it and grade entering difference between the moulds , though the two are all a pair of moulds , crowd cut and repair more go on at the same time,and enter grade mould have in crowding repair cut , been. Should pay attention to mould of simple structure , mould easy to use , mould life-span higher problem when design. And should improve production efficiency , guarantee the quality of the products.
